In addition to the cannabinoids present in industrial hemp oil extracts, there are also many other types of natural molecules and phyto-chemical compounds such as amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins (including B1, B2, B6, D, & E), fatty acids (including omega 3 & 6), trace minerals (including iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, & potassium), carotene, chlorophyll, and flavonoids
Because CBD is a natural compound how it works with each person varies. But long story short; CBD bonds with the Endocannabinoid receptors found in almost every human cell and helps them do their specific job more efficiently.
Yes, they are similar, but there are slight differences in growth and production. Just like Charlotte’s Web, the cannabis strains we use to produce our CBDfx oils are considered industrial hemp. However, our hemp farms and strains are EU-certified, whereas Charlotte’s Web is not. We use multiple industrial hemp strains for our products; Charlotte’s Web is just one of about 50 different strains of industrial hemp. As with all natural products (think grapes and wine), with Hemp and CBD oil there are natural variances. Although extremely similar, there will be other, maybe less important variances between like color, smell etc.
The cost of materials, formulation, testing, production, and oversight in a pharmaceutical facility and to that quality level is often costlier. We stand behind our products and to ensure that we only use the best possible methods of production.
Our base CBD extracts have varying percentages of CBD 24-36% . We use multiple hemp cultivars, grown outdoors in several countries and under different climate conditions, so there is naturally a variance in the final biochemical composition of the oil extracts. This however has no effect on how much pure cannabidiol (CBD) goes into each bottle of CBDfx. Our CBDfx Vape Additive has approximately 180 – 360mg of CBD extract per 1 fluid ounce or 60-120mg per 10ml bottle.
