How many drops of Calming Tincture CBD + CBN Oil do I need for sleep?

The biggest thing to remember when taking our Calming Tincture oil for yourself is that the amount you need will depend on the strength of your tincture. It will also depend on your needs. For example, our 500mg tinctures are our most entry-level size. So, if you find that the effects of your tincture aren’t as strong as you’d like, drop a bit more.

When to take CBD oil for sleep?

It depends. When you feel like you’re ready for a quick nap or a deep sleep and you need a little help to tire you out, try a little bit of our calming tincture to start you off. However, we’d recommend not imbibing the tincture oil before you engage in something serious like heavy lifting or work-related tasks.
