Effective and rapid muscle recovery

Part of my training is to run roughly 7 miles a day. I cross-train with weights one to two days of the week. I had done a lot of reading where athletes were saying CBD Oil really sped up their recovery so I tried the Tincture and was very impressed with how I felt right away. The dose goes under your tongue and eases muscle tension fairly quickly. The amount was easy to adjust with the dropper, I use roughly . 75ML each time. The blend of CBD and CBG was effective and the taste is citrusy and tends to linger but is not bad.
