FAQs

Pausing or a Subscription (or Canceling if needed?)

Pausing or cancelling a subscription doesn’t impact a customer’s tier status. Once you reach a certain tier, your account remains there—even if your Fx Bucks^® has expired after a year.

What About Members of Our Old Rewards Program?

Don’t sweat it. If you were part of our old Rewards program, your points have automatically been converted to Fx Bucks^®. In addition, you were automatically placed into the same tier you were in before—but now you can start earning some big Bucks!
