Redeeming FX Bucks

Using FX Bucks is easy! You just need to be logged into your account when you make a purchase. At checkout, you can choose how many of your available FX Bucks you want to apply to your purchase. FX Bucks expire after a year and cannot be used toward promotions.

Pausing or cancelling a subscription does not impact a customer’s tier status. Once you reach a certain tier, your account remains there—even if your FX Bucks have expired after a year. 

Don’t worry. If you were part of our old Rewards program, your points have automatically been converted to FX Bucks. In addition, you were automatically placed into the same tier you were in before—but now you can start earning some big Bucks!
