How do you use a CBD balm product?

Can CBD balm products get you “high”?

How much CBD balm should I use?

Simply use enough balm to cover the entire affected area, and reapply as necessary.

How often can CBD balm be applied per day?

It’s unlikely you can take too much CBD through a balm, but we recommend no more than 3 or 4 applications per day. If you’re taking the muscle and joint balm, rub it into the affected area and let it sit for an hour. If you don’t feel any relief by that point, reapply the balm as needed.
