The balm works but it's very soft and clumpy, if that's a word. It doesn't hold up as a roll-on product which is disappointing.

It works! I have end-stage osteoarthritis in both knees. Nothing but bone-on-bine with chewed up cartilage. I was dosing with tubes of Diclofinac, lidocaine, menthol, anything. I threw it all away when I found this product! Also, I'm an RN and have been using every other non-pharmocological intervention possible. This was the only product that produced real relief. It's worth the $30/month subscription to have it around. It only lasts for about 45-60 min, but when I'm desperate for pain relief, this worked when nothing else did!
