I really like these CBD/THC capsules. I've been using them for several years. I just bought two more bottles while on sale. I like to take one in the evening about a half hour before dinner, and I get a very relaxing full spectrum buzz for the evening, and a great night's sleep too. Very gentle, but noticable. I don't like to be really high, so they are perfect for me. If you want a stronger buzz, take two or more. Their customer service has been exceptional too.
